The Four Points Biloxi is the only Starwood Hotel located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It is situated across the Beach Boulevard to the restored white sandy beaches, easily accessible via exit 1A from Interstate I-110.
The upscale hotel features 195 new guest rooms, two meeting rooms, and a fitness center. G.T.’s Restaurant & Bar offers regional cuisine with views of the pool and the Gulf beyond. A large outdoor terrace complements the food and beverage offerings.
The hotel was developed in the aftermath of “Katrina”, the hurricane, which devastated the Gulf Shores in 2005. The concrete structure of a former condominium building served as the foundation for the comprehensive development effort.
Wischermann Partners was introduced to the project after the owner terminated the contractor in the final phase of the development effort. Wischermann Partners provided pre-opening and technical services in order to facilitate the opening of the hotel in the following months. Shortly thereafter, the management of the hotel was turned over to a local management company.
