The Sheraton Duluth Hotel is located on the Eastern end of downtown Duluth on Superior Street. The hotel is skyway connected to the hospital campus of St. Mary/Duluth Clinic. Canal Park with its many attractions and restaurants as well as the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center can be reached within a short walk.
This 11-story mixed-use development includes the 147-room Sheraton Duluth Hotel and 311 Superior, a condominium development with 33 residential units. Most hotel rooms and all residences are overlooking Lake Superior with uninterrupted views of Duluth's drawbridge.
Sheraton Duluth Hotel features warm colors and dark wood paneling. All guest rooms offer the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, LG Flatscreen TV's, large work desks and high-speed internet connections. The Club Level is located on the sixth floor offering guests a concierge lounge with appetizer reception in the evening and continental breakfast in the morning.
The 14-foot tall lobby opens up to the restaurant and lounge "301 by Bob Bennett", led by the award-winning restaurateur, offering freshly prepared delicacies for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel includes 4 meeting rooms and an executive boardroom with a total of 2,070 square feet of meeting space, an indoor-pool with spa and a state-of-the art fitness center.
